It hurts my heart to know what happened at that hospital. I hope in it's new life as a college the karma will change around there.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02829064350820161435noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19190622.post-63489525143596707492008-07-20T15:16:00.000-05:002008-07-20T15:16:00.000-05:00I think I'm bothered most by the "buried all over ...I think I'm bothered most by the "buried all over the grounds of the hospital" thing. Not because of creepiness but because.. how awful that someone would die in mental hospital and they'd just go dig a hole and throw 'em in. The way things were handled back in the Old Days is sometimes very very disturbing.Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12463371508970237621noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19190622.post-17426586429576241692008-07-16T19:33:00.000-05:002008-07-16T19:33:00.000-05:00Beautifully terrifying.Beautifully terrifying.Ashlee Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14095080780473733491noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19190622.post-62482865106860696192008-07-16T16:23:00.000-05:002008-07-16T16:23:00.000-05:00Awesome pictures. Truly the stuff ghost stories are made of.

We have one of those places near where I live. It was an operating farm and it was and still is listed on the plat maps as "The County Farm" It's still used today as a mental health facility, but no longer is it an operating farm (that ended in the 70s.)
They were totally self sufficient.Mariahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07345702558559420081noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19190622.post-87913654567634789532008-07-16T11:39:00.000-05:002008-07-16T11:39:00.000-05:00Hee hee!! Todd's comment was "yes, it's beautiful, but I'll know what it used to be."Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
